Additional responsibilities include
re­pre­sent­ing OMB in policy making arenas, includ­ing the Audit Review and Appeals Council for Child Caring Agencies, annual contract and rate negotiations with private agencies, and intergovernmental liaison with State officials on the development and implementation of model foster care budgets.
