·     Handle disciplinary action (interventions and suspensions) - Taking a proactive posture through conflict resolution mediation.  Our suspension rate is well below the state suspension rate.

·     Assist in all school management and operations

·     Oversee Crisis Management Planning & Procedures - Updated plans, procedures, and training developing initiatives, such as Emergency Go-Bags.

·     Prepare state reports on Innovative Practices for state submission, such as; Governor's School of Excellence, Star School, and Best Practice

·     Maintain open communications with both parents and the community -  Facilitate school based best practice initiatives, involving all stakeholders, improving parent involvement by 75%.
