Only General Ed. populations can be
properly compared over time, as the ESPA (administered from the 1998-1999 to
the
2001-2002 school years) did not
report out on various sub-groups. Sub group data is available at
the school from the 2002-2003 and 2003-2004 school years forward.
As you can see mastery levels have
steadily increased over time.
