Why People are imature at a responsible age?

People in High School should be mature enough not to start rumors about people. It is very imature and if you are one of those people then there are people that can help you deal with those rumors. You should first talk to your counselor and if that doesn't help then go to your parents. You can't stop them but you can learn how to deal with them.
