Memories

Memories often relate only to images of the past. The only pictures that I have from Viet Nam are those that are etched in my mind and a pile of 27 year old snapshots that I took while I was a Marine in Viet Nam. Vietnam was and still is a very big part of my life. I made friends with alot of Vietnamese people in their homeland and I reflect on the memory of those people very often. I hope that they are all alive and well.

Viet Nam is a beautiful country and the people will always be a part of me. It is sad, but true, that Viet Nam has suffered for hundreds of years at the hands of others. Hopefully it has stopped and that eventually there will be peace and prosperity there. The Vietnamese people deserve the best and let us all put and end to this primitive war crap.

I will return to Viet Nam.
