On the issue of Vietnamese Parents

Hello everyone, i am a teenage American boy who just so happens to be dating a Vietnamese gurl. It has been two years now, and i truly love her, but one thing still worries me. Her parents have no knowledge of our relationship at all, and this really bugs me. I believe that they have the right to know about us, but she insists that it would be best if they did not know, because they would not approve of me. I too realize that this is not a dating site, but i can find no other place to express my concern. I know that when it really comes down to it, my love for her should and does easily outweigh this problem, but i think it would be best for both of us if her parents knew.
