Need help finding my sister.

I am in search of my Vietnamese-American sister. When my father was in the army, stationed in vietnam, he had a girlfriend and a child was produced. I have a lot of information on her, but most of it is old. The latest address I found was from July 7, 1991. My father is unaware that I have taken on this project and I didn't want to mention it until I already had some type of lead.
