Just to venture an idea about the location of the temple shown
in these pictures based on the very little I know. Seen the two
scripts at the front of the monument, I think it is the Temple
of Nguyen Trung Truc, a Vietnamese hero during the struggle 
against the French colonization, executed by the French in 1868.
The temple is in the port/city of Rach Gia, South VN.
