Buddhist temples near the border

I am currently at work on a screenplay, part of which takes place in a Buddhist temple near the Cambodian border, west of Pleiku. The temple is stumbled upon by soldiers, and hidden by the jungle. Has anybody seen anything like that in the area? I'd be interested in any experiences with Buddhists or Buddhist temples.
