June 1967 to June 1968

I was at Phan Rang June 67-68. I worked in the 35 FMS AGE shop. Was not a bad tour considering the times. We only were hit twice and they missed everything. I felt they were just trying to zero in. From what I heard in later years Phan Rang became rocket alley. The biggest event was loosing the base water pump so we had no water for several weeks waiting for parts. Real rough huh.
