Was there July66-July67. Crew chief, F-100D #173. Saw the aircraft in 70 or 71 as it rotated back thru the states to retirement. It still had the phony camlok in one of the lower doors we put there to keep it in commission in 67. It had taken a round right on the camlok and there was just an indentation where it should have been. Being on a bulkhead it couldn't be replaced properly. Anyway, that's the reason I remember for the unorthodox fix. Crewed slot machines at the NCO club for several months. Lost track of most of the guys. Went there with the 615th TFS from England AFB.
