I was working the night he was killed

If this is the same incident I recall this AF enlisted man tried to sneak back on base through "Juliet" sector. He was seen by a 821st csps working a bunker. Sector supervisor Tsgt Emmons worked his way out to the wire and challeged him.He took off running and was shot.Turned out this guy had gotten into some trouble and was confine to quarters. He decided to slip into town anyway and payed the ultimate price.
