Every Smith was a Smitty. LOL

I think every Smith in the military was a Smitty and I can't remember the dog's name. I was in Phan Rang from about March 69 to Oct 69. I transferred down from Nha Trang. Worked in the napalm field putting fins on napalm bombs and then burning pallets. Does any of this ring a bell ? Oh Yeah ! If you were there when the barracks area was hit, fragments came into the barracks I slept in.
