Hello All,

      My name is Bill Skinner, my father (same name) worked for RMK-BRJ from 1966-1972, during that period our whole family lived in Saigon. I am writing you because I will soon be starting the pre-production phase for a documentary on American dependents who lived in Vietnam during the war. Any information you may have on folks who worked there and had dependents or new of any would be a great help.
