Refresh my Memory 9/66 - 9/67

From (SGT) Tony Martira, on Sun, 07 Jun 1998 15:42:15 GMT (in response to: Phan Rang Air Base)

I was stationed At Phang Rang from 9/66 to 7/67 attached to the 614th F.I.S. and then was sent up north to Tuy Hoa Air Base assigned to the 306th F.I.S returning back to the real world September 67. Over the year's I guess I tried to block out my time spent in Nam. I guess I did a good job of it because I forgot a lot of the names of friend's I made while there. One was Paul Dagher of Somerset MA. I was in communication with him but then as they say, you have different interest and go different ways. I was a Crew Chief on the fighting F-100's. My Plane was 044.If anyone reconizes me or was there at that time,I would like to hear from you.I'm looking into joining a local chapter of the VVA. I guess after all these years, I want to cling to the memories.Hope to hear from you soon.
