Teaching English in VN (as a volunteer)

This post is more-or-less for anyone reading this. I am searching for an opportunity to volunteer in VN to teach English for about a month. I would like to go sometime between January and February of 2004. I do not have a teaching degree or experience with ESL teaching. but I will have a bachelor's degree in civil engineering by then. I am currently taking a beginning Vietnamese language course out of personal interest in the culture/language and to better prepare me for a trip to the country.     I would willing to volunteer in VN for other purposes as well. I would love to use engineering experience on a volunteering project.
