What a stupid war.

I believe that this has probably been said a million times before, but I fell the need to express my opinion too.

I believe that the Vietnam conflict WAS a waste of time, money, and life. What did we REALLY accomplish in Vietnam; that we were the greatest military power in the world? No, we gained nothing but a large black wall in Washington DC with 58,000 names, and the grim reminder of the consequences of war.

No, I was not alive in the years of the war, but if I was, you could have expected me out there protesting too.
