You know what? Jane Fonda isn't any more a traitor to the United States than Charles A. Lindbergh was when he went over to Nazi Germany and told them the strength of the U.S. Army Air Force and what kind of planes we had and what they could or couldn't do, or when he spouted off and said if the U.S. does get into the war they should fight on the Nazi's side! In fact she at least made some points in her messages. The U.S. servicemen bombing and fighting against North Vietnam were nothing more than mercenaries hired by the U.S. They weren't fighting the U.S.'s war they were fighting South Vietnams war! This country had no intention what so ever of ever winning that war or ever ending it. Too many politicians and their friends were making money off of it. It was people like Jane Fonda, Mark Rudd, Abbey Hoffman, Jerry Rubin who were the real heroes of that whole conflict. They were the ones who put the bug so far up the Governments anus they didn't know if they should crap it out or wind their wrist watches! I joined the U.S. Navy one year to the day that Saigon fell and served twenty years retiring as an E-6. No I'm not a Vietnam veteran no I was never there but to carry on this pointless crusade against Jane Fonda gets nothing accomplished. Instead of getting on with their lives most of these Vets prefer to get drunk and curse Jane Fonda. HA! Now their grand children watch her in 9 to 5 on the Comedy Central channel. That must really get them spun up!
