i don't know where you can get an actual print of the photo. i'm responding because i'm having a similar frustration trying to get information about the 16mm film of the same incident. the film is far more shocking and beautiful than the photo. it was shot by an asian cinematographer whose name i can't recall. Eddie Adams walked right in front of the guy and shot the still photo, obstructing the movie camera's view of the victim at the exact moment of the gunshot. amazingly, Adams moves across fast enough that you virtually do not notice him. you feel that you saw everything, or at least that you've seen enough! i'm searching for information about that piece of film because to me it's one of the sad ironies in photo history, that Adams walked off with a pulitzer by literally upstaging (maybe not intentionally) the asian guy, whose film is ten times more powerful.
