Hello young student. My name is Carl Frasure I am a nam vet and retired university professor. It may seem strange but I think the whole mix of hippies and vets rise from an unanticipated rise in the wealth of the usa coupled with a crippling naive regard for the implications of this wealth in both our domestic culture and our foreign policy.
