Missionary Work among Montagnards

While serving with the 5/22nd Artillery in Duc Trong I had the privelege of spending time with the Schelanders, CMA Missionaries to the Montagnards. Their Bible School and Trade School were located in Dalat. I on occassion would visit them and had the opportunity to share my testimony as a Christian in their Pastors class in the Bible Institute. The people were a wonderful people. On one occassion we were out on a hip-shoot and one of the ARVNs that were guarding our perimeter was a Montagnard. I have a picture of him that I consider one of my most precious of my Vietnam collection. I really enjoyed being around these people!
