US wants to rule the world because they consider themselves as the legal and moral superiors of the world and of course they want to preserve the economic and political domination of witch they benifit so much.They are so hypocrit that they make the people believe that what they are doing is for the sake of freedom and human rights,just as the British colonial empire was believed to bring civilisation to the world.In fact they want to terrorise the world.Only Americans and some Europeans are stupid enough to believe this bullshit,most people know what's it all about:big money and they know all the other are lies.They don't care whatsoever about Albanians and the bombs made the whole situation on both sides more violent.They want to crack down Milosevic,who isn't a puppet-regime like the others and,on the contrary to many american-supported regimes he is democratically elected.They supported Albanian and Serb extremists in Kosovo to make the situation worse and to be able to destroy Milosevic ,in which they couldn't succeed.Also they want to starve Iraq because it doesn't listen to American rule,which all the other dictators in the region do.US stop terrorising the world ,stop telling lies and mind your own problems!!!
