I think I understand what you are saying. As humans we really are not much above the rest of the animals on this Planet. You have the bullies in school, in the bars, ect. and I think that the bullies of the world have to be kept at bay. In time the human race will evolve, we hope, and out grow war, but untill that time the bad guys have to be held away. I do not think there is any easy way around this.
