Military

You had to be there

Sum things never change. I was in country in 69-70 with
3/5 1st Mar.Div. My company had gone from 142 to 36 when
I got wounded. My best friend lost both legs and I spent
the next 8 months in the hospital. The things I saw while
there were soom of the most interesting things I have seen
in my life. I still keep in contact with alot of the Marine's
of that era and we meet once a year at Camp Pendelton. For
the one's that can't seem to move on remember the saying
"Let It Go" or "It don't mean nothing". It is time to move
on. Semper Fi Steve
