You were not alone

Be reassure, you were not alone but I am happy for you. For so many, the outcome was different. Count your blessings. There isn't a day that goes by I don't think of those I left behind. Even thirty-one years later. I live for them and have come to terms with myself. I can't change time and time can't change me, to use the words from a song. I hold no grudge nor do I hate.
