I have always wanted to express my appreciation to all the brave men and women who served during this war, but never knew how to get it out the masses...I'm sorry for the treatment some of you received from your own countrymen when you were finally able to return home...my father served in Korea and I was brought up to be proud to be an American. Some felt that the war was wrong, and maybe it was; but putting your life on the line for your country is the bravest thing I could ever imagine doing...and for that,I'd like to thank each and every one of you who was there...I only wish I could replace every hateful word or deed you endured for the sake of my country with a handshake and a hug....you are my heroes.
