I first went to Pleiku in January 1965 and then to Thailand (flying in country) in September of 1969. We all have different levels and concepts of being cheated. You did miss an incredible experience. Having said that, I would still never wish those kind of years on anyone. Be happy with what you have. Nothing was ever proved nor won during war. Don
