Anyone who is Amerasian......

Hi I'm on a desperate search to help my mom,who is Amerasian, look for her father and twin brother,who 
she never knew!! Her twin brother was given away to 
someone else when he was borned and my mom really 
wants to find him right now.My grandmother is not 
really a big help because its painful for her to 
talk about my uncle(my mom's twin brother) and my 
grandfather(my mom's real father).I know that i 
have a 50% chance of finding my uncle and grandfather.
