I know Vietnam and US do not have deportation in effect yet! Also, your husband is half and half. Have you try to visit an attorney?. I know one attorney in state of VA in case you need some help. But definitely his Amerasian status is the only help in this case. May be by now he is already out of INS prison. I would like to talk to you about the case, my husband is very much in the same situation like him. He is also half and half but he do not know his father's name like your husband.
