I feel that the American Troops leaving Vietnam has nothing to do with its poverty right not. There's two sides to look to this: if the troops never came to Vietnam, Vietnam would be a Communist country like it is now. Many people would not be able to escape its poverty. the other is the troops did come to Vietnam, they try to help us and when they left. They just didn't drop everything and leave. They took along with them some very fortunate vietnamese to America for a better life. The cause of its poverty right now is by Vietnam's communist party. The rich is only getting richer, and the poor is only getting poorer.
