a Response to: "video taping in vietnam"

I think you have to get permission first or something. My dad had a video of my uncle's wedding there and they wouldn't even let him bring it back to the states. However since you a video taping it ...I'm not really sure. They just want to make sure your not bathmouthing the gov. or something.
