I have a Jewish friend. Will Jews Go To Heaven?

I have a Jewish friend. He is very faithful to God in his own Jewish way. He does his prayers each morning and night. He studies the Torah more than I study the Bible. And he is trusting God to help him turn his life around. But still he does not believe Jesus is the Messiah. Would he go to heaven if he were to die today?
