Do not take sides - Just try to understand.

Do not take sides - just understand war is very painful memory for so many people in different ways. However, in some cases, even though when war was over but the pain and memory and scar will stay with you forever. In my case, I am an Amerasian so life is very hard for me growing up in the environment surrounding with the communist. They do not accept me as a human being and had treated my family with so much pain and hurt. (now this does not mean that it applied for every amerasian!!) But I am glad that it was all behind me now and like I said, do not take sides and try to understand the war that had brought pain to people in different ways.
