I do agree that they should not be breeding at such a high rate. Why whould you have children knowing full well that you didn't have the money nor resources to support them?

But on the other hand, look at the U.S. we too are breeding like rabbits. If we keep it up in about 35 years we will DOUBLE our population. We will be in the same boat as them.

SO HAVE A HEART. While you can still afford to!!!!!!!!
