My friend Vincent named: Tu Nguyen in 1971,July 25 mother is named Phuong Nguyen (she died on July 24 1972.Lived at Vung Tau-con dao.Vincent is searching for his Father: John ? not sure of any information he was told his Fahter loved him and wanted to take him to the states but couldn't(reason unknown). Vincent said he just wants to say "Dad its me I'm okay"

This has touched me very deeply for I have a brother somewhere that is also vietnamese/american and I want to find him. My Father's name was Roy Black and he was not in the service but was a bulider.
