Could these be relatives of mine?

All I know is that I was born in Vietnam in the Spring of 1973 and my birth name is Nguyen Thi Thu Cuc. In April of 1975 I was adopted by an American family. I know my birth mothers name was Nguyen Thi Lan and she died when I was a baby, therefore I was placed in a Catholic Orphanage in Saigon. I have one photo of myself being held by one of the Sisters at the orphanage. I have no information on my birth father or if I have any relatives alive. I am 26 yrs old and when I see these photographs all I can do is sit back and look at these photographs and wonder.

I would like to know if I have any relatives alive. I wonder if I have any brothers or sisters especially. The Province I was born in was (or something close to) Tranh Vinh Hoa Hoa, but I could be wrong on the spelling or even the name. If anyone out there knows of any of the despcriptions I have named off, I would love to hear from you.
