Confirmation of Information

I am researching a story I heard that is part of Operation Babylift. I have found no confirmation that it occurred. I have been told that children on a plane that landed in Chicago, Illinois had writing all over their bodies, presumably placed there by their parents documenting the individual history and love messages of the family. And when the children arrived, the writing was washed off in order to prepare the children for the adoptive families. If anyone knows of confirmation of this story, it would be of great benefit to me. Thank you.
