DNA links to American fathers

Do you know of a foundation that is sponsoring the matching of Vietnamese-American children to their American fathers through DNA? there was a PBS show on not long ago that showed that there is such a DNA bank that is matching the DNA from the now adult children to their fathers and have successfully matched many 100's of children.
