My dad was adopted when he was just born in about October of 1963 in Saigon Vietnam. Anyone knows please contact me. No known information of real parents. Ameriasian. Believed that mother is living in France now. Dad was soldier in the Vietnam War. His mother tried to look for him last year (2002) Please help.
