Lessons from Vietnam War

From Mike Sand, on Thu, 04 Jul 1996 02:37:20 GMT

It is important that warriors inform future generations of the pain, suffering, heroics and lessons associated with warfare they participated in. By doing so they may reduce the risk of them becoming victims of the same. This is evident by the vast number of monuments erected on this planet to recognize wars and the casualties that result. I have spent nearly twenty years trying to make sense out of the Vietnam War and to date I am still not sucessful. Thank you for your efforts as well.
