Sacrifice Not in Vain....90's soldiers & leaders learned from Nam

From CPTMCG, on Tue, 17 Mar 1998 02:35:20 GMT

Without a doubt the military learned many lessons about what to do right and what not to do from the Viet Nam conflict. America has allways suffered from the problem of planning the next war based on how they fought the last war. Our success in the Pursian Gulf was a direct result of the lessons learned by the privates and Lt's in Nam who are todays SGM's and Gen's. GO IN BIG AND FINISH EARLY.. + If you have a technological advantage USE IT. PS The quagmire in Bossnia is a product of a Dope smok'in, draft dodg'in, adaulterer' who spent the best years of YOUR life in England
