Homecoming

Ron, Your comments about coming home to get spit on drags up ugly memories. My own experiences were similar, from friends and family among others. Now I run into guys who did not go and SAY they wish they had. They respect us veterens now and almost envy the Hemmingway-like experiences, and post-traumatic repect we are getting 25 years too late. I was 20 years old at the time, though, and it was tough.
