Glad to be a Woman

	I am so glad to be a young woman.  That way I had 
no chance of being drafted for Vietnam.  That's not the only
reason, however, I am only seventeen years old.  But beside 
that fact I am gracious to those who gave their lives and 
service to fight for democracy and our country.  It was a 
major sacrifice and I would like to thank those who fought for
us.  I do believe that women should be able to be drafted yet 
at the same time very glad we cannot be.  I know many people 
believe that the Vietnam conflict was a waste but aren't most
violent events?!?  Thank-you!
