Montagnard Bracelet

I am very interested in obtaining a replica of the brass 
bracelet exchanged between the Montagnard people and the 
Special Forces personnel in the Central Highlands in the late
1960's. I was given the address of the Montagnard Dega
Association International in Greensboro, S.C. as a source of
these bracelets and was told that they were being sold by this
Association for a nominal fee at the Vietnam War Memorial 
(The Wall) in Washington, DC.
When I tried to contact this Association by phone, I reached
a recording, but received no reply to the messages I left. 
I tried their mailing address, but again no reply.
Any info would be welcome.
