If you would like to see some movies regarding the Vietnamese perspective (which you may very well not...) then a good one is "Heaven And Earth", which tells the true story of a Vietnamese woman during the war. Another good film, although not about the war in particular, is "The Scent of Green Papaya". It gives a very nice look at the culture of Viet Nam.
