The courses you take in teacher education can lead to increased knowledge about schools, students, curriculum, your role as a teacher and successful employment.  Your liberal arts major helps prepare you for ideas and content that you will share with students.

Under a particular theme or idea that you have selected for your portfolio, you may want to outline and describe valuable courses you have taken or taught and list significant experiences and products developed through these classes.

Varying Teaching--Meeting Student Needs might be a theme I would use to describe myself and I could present brief descriptions of selected courses I  teach.
