My Educational Philosophy 

Welcome to my homepage. There are many opportunities for us to use the Internet as a tool or more specifically a conduit in the field of Education. Some researchers actually believe that technology may eventually replace traditional classroom deliveries. Seat-Time (ST) has been a controversial discussion point, especially in the accreditation process. Technology allows students and teachers to do a good portion of their learning in an on-line delivery format. However, ST is still required, albeit behind a computer and personal human interaction is critical to the learning process.

 

We can not allow technology to dehumanize our educational experiences. Information retrieval and data sharing have become a mainstay of learning from pre-elementary to the post-graduate levels of education. Distance learning is gaining momentum . . .
